Concerts at St Francis

St Francis’ Church is a popular venue for concerts. There are occasional concerts organised by the Church and it is also used regularly by the Hayes Symphony Orchestra (for a link to the orchestra website click here)   The next concert by the Hayes Symphony Orchestra on Saturday 23rd June 2018.  The programme includes: Borodin “Prince Igor Overture”; Reinecke  “Flute Concerto” (Soloist: Fiona Kelly) and Brahms  “Symphony No 1”.  For more details about the June concert click here

Music from The Musicals Concert:  On Saturday 7th July 2018 at St Francis starting at 7.45pm the London Concert Chorus will entertain with songs from musicals such as Les Miserables, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Fame, Wicked, Phantom of The Opera and many more.  Tickets cost £10 from David Wada (020 8777 6355) or on the night at the door.  For more details click here

Free Lunchtime Concerts:  In 2018 our season of free summertime lunch recitals held at St Francis' Church extends from May unto September. As usual each monthly recital takes place on a Thursday between 12.45 pm and 1.30 pm on the following dates:
19 July:  Tamara Ravenhill (soprano) accompanied by Martin Sharpe (piano), Andrew Gallacher (piano)
9 August: Peter De Croos (organ)
20 September:  Students from Langley Park Boys' School
All are welcome. Please bring your own lunch; free tea and coffee will be available.
